What are your Fall favorites? Our kids eat really well and have lots of favorites. Two of our Fall favorites are applesauce and apple pizza. The kids LOVE applesauce to the point I have to limit how much they can have or they will eat so much to upset their stomachs. So this week we finally got around to making up a batch of applesauce! Carson and Lillian kept asking when will it be ready! To cute.......

I noticed that you start out making your applesauce w/the skins & seeds...I've always skinned & seeded the apples when I make it..so i'm wondering how you do it??
