Carson has lost his First Tooth!!!!! This tooth has been hanging on for some time now. At the first sign of Corban's tooth beiing loose he would rip it out to get the cash from the tooth fairy so this experience was a little different. Carson waited and waited and waited and waited for his tooth to fall out on its own. Last Monday I picked him up from school and he got in the van and asked for some gum. I could see his tooth laying flat in his mouth. I asked him to please just reach in and take it out and then I would give him some gum. He was pretty nervous and it took most of the ride home and coaching from his brother, but HE DID IT! He was so excited and proud to have his tooth out. We rented the Tooth Fairy 2 the weekend before in hopes of adding to the excitement!
So now we are on to the 2nd very loose tooth. Hopefully this week he will work up the courage to get it out! The tooth fiary might be getting lots of visits soon!
OMG That first picture looks so much like Troy, he's a mini-me (of his Daddy) for sure. I love to hear the stories of kids and losing their teeth, whether they are extreeme measures using door knobs or swallowing them accidently. Each tooth has a story, but it's usually only the first one that you remember, because it's so special.
