NOT CARSON! Carson is my "by the book" "all routine" guy! The calender is his best friend and he loves a schedule. So any changes to his world and he usually isn't to happy. So when I took off his training wheels on his bike he was very upset. We worked for an afternoon trying to help him get the hang of riding without training wheels. He really didn't want to try. So after a few days of him not riding at all and pretty determined that he just wouldn't ride the rest of the summer I put the training wheels back on. I know real tough here aren't I? We compromised and I put the training wheels all the way up so his bike is very tippy. You really can't rush this kid. He will do it when he is ready and not when I think he should be ready. I do some work from home and my boss stopped by while all this was happening and even offered Carson any candy bar he wanted when he learned to ride his bike. Got news for you....that doesn't motivate him. So for now we still have the training wheels............
