November 6th...........11 years..........

WOW!  11 years ago I married my best friend and partner for life.  What an adventure we were headed for!  First I must thank God for being that third person in our marriage!  I am so thankful that He didn't give up on either of us and that he taught both of us what it means to love, serve, commit, forgive, communicate, let go, and build a future together!  I am so thankful for what our marriage is today and for the man I am married to!  I am thankful that I can say we are not the same two people who got married 11 years ago.  We have so much that we have walked through in the last 11 years.  I can honestly say without the help of our Savior our marriage would be one of the statistics you see for divorce.  How thankful I am that we were able to work through so much and learn how to love each other the way the Christ loves us.

So Happy Anniversary Babe!  You are a great husband, father, and friend!  Thank you for loving Jesus and following His direction when it wasn't easy.  Thank you for learning how to love me!  I am so glad you get to be our children's father and my husband!  I am pretty sure I wouldn't laugh with anyone else as much as I laugh with you!  Thank you for always surprising me.  Thank you for always taking care of me and showing your love for me!  You have an ability to make me laugh like no other!

I have NO idea what the next 11 years will look like, but I know we can make it through!  I am so excited to see how God continues to use you, me, and our marriage!

I also can't finish without saying what an amazing family I married into when I married Troy.  I gained a second mom & dad and a great sister!  I wouldn't trade one laugh or tear that we have shared!  I am excited for what the next year means to this family!!  I can hardly stand it!  Thank you all for loving me and our kids!  I must also say Thanks!!! for a great weekend away!  You guys are awesome!

  2. Michelle,
You have been a true blessing to me. You have been loving, encouraging, forgiving and a great example for the kids and I. You work hard to keep our house running and in order.
Though life (and marriage) has its ups and downs, I look forward to the next eleven years. Thank you for loving me and being the best wife a guy could ask for.
    I Love You Bunches!
