Happy Easter to your family from the Hauchs!
While we enjoyed playing Easter Bunny and watching the kids hunt for eggs and baskets I hope they also caught the real message of Easter! We have been reading the Easter Story all week with the kids and have really discussed what a powerful gift we celebrate each Easter! It is so exciting to watch Corban and Carson start to really get what it means! Last night Troy read the whole Easter Story and Corban read the end to us. Most of us were listening, hopefully the ones that weren't listening so well picked up something from it! We were able to talk again today about what it really means to have Jesus who was willing to take our place on the cross.
I am always moved when I listen to kids describe what Jesus did and continues to do in our lives! He has so rescued us from what we deserve that I hope today amongst all the other celebrating you include His story and message!
