Way to go Corban....

Four weeks ago Corban started back to school after a two week break.  Whenever we have a break like that from school it is hard for Corban to get back into the swing of things.  He had a very rough week where every day I thought seriously he couldn't do much more, but he did.  After that rough week we had a lot of prayer and time discussing our choices and responsiblities.  Well I am so proud to say that he has been making awesome choices for three weeks in a row!!!!! 

Every morning I drive Corban to school and we pray about looking for opportunites throughout the day to serve.  We ask that God would show us a need that we can fill.  I really want him to know that even he can help others and be a blessing to everyone he comes into contact with!  So he has been coming home so exctied to share about how God showed him something to do that day and how good it felt!  I couldn't be more proud of his choices.

Well last week he came home with this from his teacher.

Last week was so cold that for two days they had inside recess.  So the gym teacher opened the gym so they could come and play.  Probably to give the teachers a break!  Well all the kids quickly ran down to the gym and left everything out they had been playing with.  Well Mr. Corban stayed back and cleaned up everything and then headed down to the gym!  So proud of him and so was his teacher!

I know what an amazing kid Corban is and what awesome choices he can make when he puts his mind to it!  I love that he is proud of himself for the choices he has been making instead of beating himself up and having to work with a bunch of dicispline to try and correct behavior!  Love You Bud!
